Your reformer arrives in a sealed timber crate. A screwdriver or hammer is required to unpack. If your order arrives visibly damaged, photograph the crate before opening and contact us within 1 business days at help@fitboutique.com.au.

If you require In-home Delivery and Setup, this is available as an optional service at an additional cost and must be arranged in advance.

US shipping is now live, and we now ship from within the United States directly to you. All duties and taxes are included in the price, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.

Every order is shipped with trusted carriers and fully trackable from dispatch right through to delivery. Depending on your location, delivery can take up to 2 to 5 days.

Delivery is also subject to live stock availability. We currently have a limited number available in our US warehouse, so if it's in stock, it's ready to go. If not, simply reach out and we'll let you know the timeframe.

Setup Information

Setting up your reformer is simple. Every FitBoutique reformer arrives fully assembled inside its crate, so there is no flat pack build and no tools required beyond a screwdriver or hammer to open the crate itself.

We recommend having 2 people on hand to lift the reformer out of the crate and position it in your space. Once it is out, the only parts you need to attach are the ropes, the poles and the shoulder pads. Everything else, including the frame, carriage, springs, footbar and upholstery, is already assembled and ready to go.

Place your reformer on a flat, even surface and check that all 4 legs sit at the exact same height. If one leg sits higher or lower, the reformer may feel like it lifts on one side during use, and levelling the surface resolves it.

Printed instructions are included with your order, and we also have a step by step setup video available on our YouTube channel if you prefer to follow along visually.

Before your first full workout, run through a quick check that the ropes and poles are secure, the shoulder pads are seated correctly, the carriage glides smoothly and all hardware is tight. Start with a short, low resistance session to confirm everything is operating as it should.

Caring for your reformer is simple. Store it indoors away from moisture and direct sunlight, and avoid food and drinks near the machine. After each session, wipe down the upholstery with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild detergent, then allow it to air dry. Give the rails a quick wipe or dust weekly to keep the carriage running smoothly. Wash your hand and foot straps in a lingerie bag on a gentle cycle and dry them in the sun. Rotate your springs regularly for even wear, and when your reformer is not in use, leave one red spring engaged to keep the carriage in place. A little care after each session goes a long way in keeping your reformer in peak condition for years to come.

Can I buy replacement parts for my reformer?

Yes. We stock replacement springs, carriage wheels, ropes, straps, upholstery and folding hinge parts, and we hold these across our facilities. If a part is not on hand right away, we have it made and get it out to you as soon as possible, so you are covered either way.

Changing parts over is straightforward and not technical at all. We provide instructions, and most parts can be swapped out yourself in a few minutes, or by a handyman if you would prefer a hand with it.

What is the difference between the Maple frame and Aluminium frame reformers?

The main difference is the frame material and feel.

Our Maple Crest feature a full maple timber frame, are slightly more compact, and come with 5 springs. They have a warmer aesthetic and suit home environments beautifully.

Our Aluminium models have a heavier duty commercial feel and come with 6 springs. They are slightly more robust in appearance and commonly chosen for studio style setups.

Performance wise, both deliver the same workout experience. It simply comes down to your preferred look and feel.

What’s the difference between the Ivory, White Edition the Onyx Fold Reformer?

All three models share the same core specifications, performance, and commercial grade build. They all feature an aluminium frame, 6 springs, and the same carriage system.

The difference comes down to the finish and design.

The Onyx Fold is fully black for a sleek, modern look.
The Ivory features maple detailing through the centre for a softer contrast.
The White Edition has a white frame with a clean, light aesthetic.

Performance, strength, and functionality are the same across all three. It simply comes down to which colourway best suits your space.

If I order today, can I choose or change my delivery date?

Yes, we can absolutely work with your preferred delivery date. Once your order is ready to ship, we’ll coordinate with our shipping partners to align the delivery as closely as possible to the date you’ve requested.

Deliveries are ultimately carried out by third-party couriers, so exact dates can’t always be guaranteed.
What we can do is dispatch your order on a specific day to get it to you as close as possible to your preferred timeframe.
