1. How long will it take to get my Glute Machine? We rely on the postal system to get your Glute Machine from us, to you. We dispatch on the same day, but because Australia is so large, the time it takes for you to receive your Glute Machine will vary depending on where you live. Generally, we find that this takes around 2-4 working days for you to receive your machine if you live in a major city, and up to 7 working days if rural delivery is involved. If you find that you are still waiting after 7 business days - do feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to help and advise!

2. How long will it take for me to see results? We recommend a 15-minute session per day consisting of 4 sets of thrusts and half-thrusts. For the specifics, check out how it works. Provided you follow the recommendations with at least 80-90% dedication, you can expect to feel the results within 12 weeks and see some significant booty lift and shaping within 20 weeks.

3. What happens if my Glute Machine breaks when I’m using it? We will NEVER leave you in the lurch if you happen to receive a unit with factory faults (which is rare, but could happen). Just get in touch as soon as you feel that something isn’t right and we’ll send you a replacement. If the faulty unit needs to be returned, we’ll make sure it won’t be at your cost. Our Glute Machines have a warranty of 12 months.

4. What if it takes a long time to receive my Glute Machine? The postal system is currently under some stress while the pandemic is ongoing. This could mean minor delays in receiving your machine. In our experience, these rarely take longer than 7 business days to resolve. Please get in touch if you haven’t seen any movement on your tracking after this time.

5. What if I don’t like the Glute Machine? We have a flexible, no-questions asked 30-day return policy. That means you can try the Glute Machine risk-free for a whole month! If you feel like it’s just not for you after this time, do get in touch to initiate a return. 6. What if my order is yet to be dispatched? If your item is currently showing as yet to be dispatched, this means we're dealing with high levels of demand and stock is currently not on hand. No need to worry however, we consistently replenish stock levels so you won't be waiting too long! Occasionally, we may also experience additional delays due to logistics and international shipments but we'll do our best to always keep you posted. Please be patient with us. We are here for you!
